In October 2008, I took my very first cake decorating class ever. We decorated cakes with buttercream icing the second week of class. I made a German chocolate Sponge Bob cake for Jeanie. She always wanted a Sponge Bob cake. Some how I don't think German chocolate goes well with butter cream icing though. The third week we decorated cup cakes, and the fourth week we practiced making flowers. I plan to take Michaels' Flowers & Borders cake decorating class next.

Magic next to the fondant cake. He noticed the cake was getting all the attention and thought that if he sat next to it perhaps he'd get some attention too.
