Road Trip: Corn Palace - June 30, 2008
Eric and I stopped at the World's only corn palace in Michele, South Dakota, on our way back from North Dakota. The Corn Palace's exterior decorations are completely redone each year. The exterior and interior murals depict life in South Dakota. The murals require thousands of bushels of corn, grain, grasses, wild oats, brome grass, blue grass, rye, straw and wheat each year.
